Bad service from Beyond Refrigeration

I requested them to come and fix my fridge in May 2019 and they did and also gave me six months guarantee (October 2019). on the sixth month the fridge broke again and called them again. they again fixed it but this around, they left the back open and didn't replace the covers till today. they also took my microwave panel to fix and never returned. It's almost four weeks now and they have not returned with either my old parts or new one and they are no longer answering my calls.
