Horrible Customer Service at BP: 33 Shepstone road, New Germany

Hellopeter! I'd love to Lodge a query, pic pay cashier on Night Shift to Night treated me badly in front of customers and Staff, I purchased a voucher at about 5:30pm on a Day shift Casher but be did not get it due to System being closed, however the day shift cashier gave me a paper to note my details so that she will send me the voucher after 18pm, I left R50 and my phone numbers and waited until 18:15 and went back to the service found the the Night Shift Cashier and explained to her want I came in for, She said " Uthe ukufonelile" I rep**** that I have not any msg or Call and I do not get my voucher. She used dismissive tone and yelled at me to go away because there are castomers she want to attend, What have happened is none of her business, she refused to assist me and told me to come back the following day. As the time went by the initial Cashier phoned me and assisted me telephonically and I received my voucher. My concern is at 33 Shepstone road, New Germany BP we have a problem of being ill-treated by the women who are pnp cashier's there and it is not the first time, There is a day I went there at night and waited for 30min and ended up leaving because there were no cashiers at all.
