WARNING - Beyond Kitchens Cape Town is not honest!!!

They installed our kitchen and all cupboards in all the rooms in our house last year with a warranty. Now that some of the items are falling apart and we try to get them to fix it we do not get hold of anyone anymore or they do not respond to emails. It has been months since they promised to send someone out yet nothing happens. The contact number on the website belongs to a person from a different company who apparently does not even have the contact details of the owners of Beyond Kitchens and he said that he only pay them a fee. He told me that Beyond Kitchens are only an "advertising" company for other companies and apparently the company that did our work was liquidated which means our warranty has lapsed. We were never informed during our dealings with them last year that they are an "advertising" company and we were always under the impression that Beyond Kitchens is the actual company that we are dealing with since we worked through their website. I would not recommend them to anyone and warn all consumers out there.
