Bad service

I'm wheelchair bound and used the aforementioned company on Sat 27 July 2019 when my DSTV wasn't working. Andrew came to fix it and it worked but on Sunday morning my neighbour's reported that my DSTV had been connected to their dish ( we stay in clusters). I had to pay for their call out fee of R600.00 after i spent R792.00.

I called Andrew who said he would come some time yesterday, in the end he said he would come today at 10.00. Now he refuses to come as he said ge had been told it was our dish but he assumed.

The owner kept on putting me on hold and then refused to answer my calls.
