BAD SERVICE

I met with Nicolleen and Chantal (Architects) in November 2012 and the initial payment i made to them was R4500.00 on the 28 November 2012. The plan was drawn and I paid the final amount of R6294.00 on the 26 August 2013, in order for them to finalise the plan and get it approved bythe municipality. According to them, the plan was not apprroved and amendmend had to be made on the plan. I then took an opportunity to request them to make slight changes on the plan as well, which they agree to do. It was around September/October 2014. Chantal told me that the plan will be finalised within 2 weeks. Since then, I never got any positive feedback from them. I continually contact them and they keep on promising me that they will send me the final plan before taking the plan to municipality for approval. I find these individuals very unprofessional and not taking care of their customers. I need the plan urgently as we should have started long ago with the renovations and if they are struggling to finalise the plan, they must please refund me my money so that I can look for another architect who can provide quick and professional service. Your assistance in this matter is highly appreciated.
