No Delivery of phone

Baught an iphone from Desmond on Monday, September 28, 2015. I encountered faults with the phone.<br> Desmond picked up the phone on October 2, 2015. I received a mail with options on replacing the phone. I opted for a new replacement unit and paid the difference. The new phone would have been delivered on Monday, 5 October, 2015. To date I have not received the phone, no e-mails are answered, sms or phone calls.<br> This company is losing the service reputation they have built up to date!<br>
