Excuses & false expectations! I want my money back

Still waiting for MY money which was paid to Desmond in cash since 13/10/2015.<br> <br> I bought a laptop from Beyond Cellular R4500.00, but I decided to repair my screen after conversing with Desmond.<br> He replaced my screen with a secondhand screen and damaged my laptop in the progress, he then revised the amount on the invoicing and needed a buyer for the laptop which I then returned 2 days later!!!<br> <br> Since then I have been waiting for the money owed to me (R3200), \Desmond' ignores my messages and phone calls.<br> <br> As everyone else
