Beyond Cash Loans ****

2 weeks ago I needed a loan after being declined by banks, as my car had broken down in another city. I responded to an advert for Beyond Cash loans, claiming they charge 3 % on interest, After I app**** online I got a call from a Dineo who told me I qualified. I was requested to deposit R2 000, to their independent lawyer to draft a contract . I said they must take from the loan amount but was told it was against regulations for them to even touch clients loan money, Against better judgement I made a cash deposit at an ATM, as she assured me I would get my money the next day. Later I received a contract which I signed and sent back. I called Dineo the next day, and after not getting a response I called the office number, but it did not exist. I called the agent who sent the contract, a Helen Freeman, but Dineo answered the phone. She now told me of a further R3 000 that I had to pay for insurance. I declined, saying I didn't want the loan any more. I wanted my money back. Was told that there was no refund. No where in the contract did it talk of R3 000 for insurance, and no where does it say on the site you need to pay as little was R5 000 before getting your loan. This is a ****
