Don't recommend Beyond Body.me
This business continued to charge my card repeatedly for transactions I did not approve and on a subscription I asked to be canceled. I have had to cancel my card and now they won't be issuing the refund. Their response was "negotiating" the refund offering me 25% and then 50% refund, despite FOUR unauthorised transactions that were made from my account by them. After insisting they refund the full amount they finally agreed to "bend the rules" and refund the full amount, and now I'll have to find a way to get this done because they forced me to cancel my card with their repetitive transacting, and the service agent has not responded or offered a further solution.
