Client Bashing BS

I visited Beyond Body Modification after my friend recommended their excellent service as the best in the country, and to my dismay I found it very short of. My piercing and jewellery were beautifully executed, however I would have given a higher rating but the guy at the front desk was unbelievably rude and acted very bitter toward myself and my family. He spoke to us as if we were complete idiot's that had no clue, which we did not seeing as we are not professionals in terms of piercings. Hence we went to Beyond. Next time he should advise or educate instead of belittling those who do not know much about body modification.

On my way out of the premises he and another girl were talking ill of a client that had just left mentioning that she was a "dumb b*tch" and "how stupid can you be" etc. If that is the case of how clientele are treated upon leaving, I don't even want to know what he had to say about me!

Absolutely appalling behaviour , and although I had an awesome experience with the piercing artist that helped me, I will not be returning to Beyond.
