Terrible service from staff

On 13/11/2015, I went to Beyerskloof with friends. On arrival one friend told us of the unfriendly service that she received. While waiting she wanted a glass of wine, and the employee wasn't of much service - he presumed to tell her that she couldn't have one and had to do a tasting. She offered to pay for a tasting if she could get a glass. When we arrived, the staff members behind the counter didn't greet us and continued with their discussion. Once we got their attention we had to ask how everything worked - if we come back to get the next wine or if they come out to us. Upon which the staff member helping us asked if we could come inside, because it was too much trouble and he didn't feel like working. Working in the hospitality industry myself I'm not one to complain easily, but part of the reason for the visit to Beyerskloof was to recommend the wine estate to clients of mine. I told him that the service he was providing was terrible, but he didn't look very fazed by the comment. Although the wine was lovely and the staff member that assisted in the end was proficient, I will not recommend the estate to any of my clients.
