Still waiting

in May i have ordered some wine and glasses for a function we had. The Service i had received from Christiaan then were good , and my order got here fast . 2 weeks after i have made a order from him again for some wine and glasses. Christiaan told me that they don't have glasses now and that he would keep my wine order and when the glasses arrive he would send me an invoice. <br> End of July i have phoned Christiaan again and he told me that the glasses have arrived just yesterday. But he had asked me my order again and my email again. He said he would send me an invoice the next day and then we could pay it and then he would courier it. I am still waiting. Asa matter of fact i have got the feeling that they dint want to help me because why didn't he kept my order and details the first time ? No more Beyerskloof wines for me i will buy some where else. I am very dissapointed.
