Beyers Realty Group refuses to return my deposit

I used this company to rent out my apartment and they would not return my deposit of R14 300.<br> <br> Even when my tenant (that they placed) did not pay her rent and left in the middle of the night - Beyers still refused to return my deposit.<br>
