Beware what you sign with this company

I wish to express my disappointment when i signed an offer to purchase without checking all the fine print. The agent from Beyers did not even help me to fill out the rather confusing offer to purchase - basically i am now being forced to buy a property i cannot afford - shame on you!<br> <br> they even had lawyers call to threaten action if we don't purchase the property - a classic case of a greedy estate agents after commission and the small man must now suffer -
