False advertising on packaging

<p>I purchased a slab of Beyer's 'crunchy caramel popcorn' chocolate only to find that inside were tiny almost not even visible fine white powder specs. When I complained directly to Beyer's they rep**** with a picture of a pile of white dust and admitted that the contents were of 'fine white crushed popcorn bits'. I told them that they don't seem to understand how to describe things and that this just made their case worse as they were admitting that the product actually had ZERO crunchy caramel bits inside despite what it says on the packaging. I have sent a complaint to the advertising complaints comission as well. Appalling response to a second rate product and blanant and deliberate deception on the packaging which constitutes *****!</p>
