Zero service - zero stars
NO rating would be better, is the same as the NO service an NO reply on any calls or emails from this pathetic courier service. My parcel is out for delivery from last week. No one tried to contact me. Cannot find the parcel cannot find the driver. So great work Bex. No reply from them on any of my queries. The person answering the phone cannot even speak English propper. So rude!
