BEX was supposed to deliver my order yesterday. He "ran out of time"

When I phoned this morning I was assured that it has been made a priority and that it will be by me before 16h00.

I phoned the courier again after 16h00 and she said the driver will again not make it to my parcel today at all. The lady on the phone told me it will be delivered tomorrow, she promises. When I asked her how I am supposed to believe that seeing as it was supposed to be delivered yesterday already, there was a long silence and then she just said "yoh"
