Worst courier company

I'm so disappointed with u guys. My parcel arrived 4 days in ure premises and yes u did try to call me 2 days ago and because I was training I couldn't answer my phone, yesterday called the driver and he promised me it would be delivered today. Today I track my parcel it says it was given to the driver in the morning when I'm put through to the driver he says he left it Today as I was not answering my phone 2 days ago Like *** I'm like so ****ed cause I'm not receiving the best of services from u and no one seems to care. I'm even planning to fetch the parcel myself as I need it this weekend.
