WORST COURIER!!!!!!

Waited the whole day for a delivery after they confirmed delivery would take place. Went onto the website to track my delivery and it stated Unable to deliver. I contacted Numerous times and eventually got hold of someone to assist me. They forwarded me to the driver and he told me he could not get hold of me. No missed calls on my phone no hooter NOTHING! When I contacted Bex Express again to complain they told me there is nothing they can do I will have to wait till the following day!
