Waiting for my order

I bought an item(order:445135) from [URL Removed] on the 4th August 2015 & it was to be delivered by the 6th, until today, 13th, my order has not arrived & there's no clear explanations. I contacted [URL Removed] they gave me the contacts details of their courier company, Bex Express. Bex has been so unprofessional they received the item from [URL Removed] & the Lady, \Reshaan"***) from Bex who works at delivery dept doesn't know where my order is. I have been calling them everyday & no help. I talked to Reshaan today(13th) and she promised that my order is on the way & I'll receive it b4 end of today. And there's nothing arrived"
