Very disappointed

I placed two orders with a clothing online shopping website named planet54.com and had specifically requested that my delivery address be changed to my home adress as i had already closed at work. I've been calling in the bex kempton part department and every time i speak to a consultant i am told that my address was changed and delivery will take place the next day. This has been happening from week before last week. I am really dissapointed with the service that i have received and am desperate to get my parcels by the end of today.
