"Unable to complete delivery", more like Incapable to complete delivery

For two days in a row I get an "Unable to complete delivery" status on the tracking page after they informed me the package would be delivered. I have been home the whole time an no one showed up. Don't use this company if you want anything of importance or urgency delivered
