Sluggish, rude, patriarchal

A patriarchal company that is highly abusive to female customers. They cannot keep to their word and are sluggish with delivery. Upon enquiring about a parcel’s whereabouts an abusive male staff member refused to help, put me through to a supervisor, and cut the call. Do not use this company- they will not get your goods to you on time and will rather hold onto them and verbally abuse you
