Shocking lack of service

Client bent over backward to have the product ready for our function. Was due for delivery today with BEX Express and no delivery. Tracking says delivery failed at 08:44 in the morning without and other delivery attempt or any calls from the complex gate or to my cell. Can’t get hold of them and the product is needed for ****ion at 07:30 tomorrow.
