Poor Delivery Service – Disappointed with BEX Couriers

As a small business owner, I rely heavily on timely deliveries to plan my production and serve my customers efficiently. Unfortunately, BEX Couriers consistently fails to meet expectations in our area. The Nelspruit branch uses third-party services (Gavic Express and RWS), which only deliver on limited days. For example, my latest parcel has been in Nelspruit since the weekend, yet it will only arrive on Wednesday. This kind of delay causes major disruptions in my schedule and business operations. I’ve raised the issue with my supplier, Perfume Oil SA, and have now formally requested that they no longer use BEX for our deliveries going forward. Judging by other reviews here, it’s clear this is not an isolated problem. I hope BEX will take steps to improve their delivery coverage and reliability in all areas .
