Pathetic service

I ordered from Charis jewellery which was then send to bex couriers. On 7th it was last updated and no movement since then. If you call bex you get send from department to department and eventually when someone helps you. They will track parcel and get back to you. I have contacted charis jewellery as well as bex and no one can give me a answer or have feedback on my parcel. Definitely my last order and use of this 2 companies.

PATHETIC.. this was a birthday gift which is now 3 weeks late!!!
