Pathetic service

The most shocking lack of customer service. They just do not deliver, this has happened on more than one occasion, I ordered goods from Hey Gorgeous, who use BEX as their shipping company, but my goods only arrive after I send several emails to Hey Gorgeous. Bex do not answer their phones or respond to emails. They just don't care!!! I will never buy pr from any company who uses BEX, including Hey Gorgeous
