Most *********** staff ever

I ordered a few things on Groupon on 30 Nov, its been laying at Bex Express since 8 Dec, today is the 21st, i tried calling all morning and no one could assist me, they either drop the phone, put me on hold or tell me that they will call back (which never happened). When i finally got through, Reshaan rudely confirmed that she has sent the driver out today. Every single person i spoke to was so unhelpful and they all have some \i am doing you a favor"attitude.<br> Never"
