Disappointing Experience with Bex Express. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received with Bex Express. My package was not collected on the date agreed. They called in the morning to confirm the collection but did not collect. Reason given by the driver he was not in the area yet the depo is not even 20km away from my house.
