Impressed and grateful!!

110% customer service!! Ordered an item online and it was ready earlier than I expected! I had put my home address thinking I would be on leave so when I got a message to say the order was out for delivery, I called Bex Express who gave me the number of the driver Selvan, who without complaint, changed my delivery address to my work address. Totally impressed and grateful!
