I'm beyond angry

Iam beyond disappointed with your service right now,I keep on being sent from pillar to post and my queries are not taken serious while I paid for this delivery,my child didn't even have Christmas shoes because you decided you not going to deliver,when I call I'm told I will phoned back and no one calls me, why must my child suffer for things I paid for, deliver my parcel TODAY!!!!!!
