Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!

I've had the worst experience with Bex. I've called in for assistance and emailed my complaints many times and they've had no common curtousy to reply till date on either issue. They lack basic customer service, professionalism and are very ***********. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!
