Great customer service

Well to be honest, there was a little problem with my delivery and that is why they lost a star. The reason why they got four stars from me is the way the way that my problem was resolved.

Once I made contact with the customer care team, they not only resolved my problem but constantly kept me updated as to what was going on and even down to the time I could expect my parcel.
