Extreme negligence with handling

<p>I sent a parcel containing a framed item to the Cape. The person I contacted warned me that the parcel would have to be very securely packed because 'the parcels get thrown around without regards to the content". </p> <p>Obviously I hadnt packed it well enough for this company's operators, because I was informed the very next day that the parcel's content had broken (despite an additional LARGE warning that it was fragile). No compromise could be reached when I asked them whether they would pay for the replacement glass. By the way, I sent the parcel with another company and it arrived safely in Cape Town.</p>
