(Evetech) Bex Express

Ordered a laptop from Evetech on the 21 December and till this day have not received anything, I called Bex Express PE as the tracker said it was there and a lady told me my package was already in George by on the 26th and that J&T Courier's would be delivering it. I physically went to them and they did not receive anything for me. At the moment J&T Courier's are giving me more accurate feedback as they call me every day telling my package is not there yet, I spent alot of money on that laptop and I just want to know if im getting it next week or next year.

I understand that the holidays are adding to the wait but this is just unacceptable.
