DO NOT trust this companies COMS, they don't adhere to their own communications

Received emails to inform us that our parcel would be delivered today, in the email received this morning it says " Please monitor your SMS messages as our driver may contact you in the coming hours informing you of his/her arrival at your delivery address " NO COMMUNICATION was received as per said email.... only communication received was to say that our delivery failed because we were not at the address at the time of the drivers arrival... We stepped out to fetch our kids at school doing so with peace of mind that we would be notified that the driver would be in contact with us regarding the delivery. We are now being told that the delivery failed and that delivery will be scheduled for tomorrow only because THEIR DRIVER FAILED TO COMMUNICATE as per THEIR COMS via email!!!!!
