I received an sms and email saying my parcel will be delivered today. Now I need to follow up with the courier to find out where the parcel is as I am leaving the delivery address soon just to find out it will not be delivered today as communicated on various platforms. If the parcel needs to be delivered to a third party please communicate as such. This is really pathetic service.
