Builders Express - Non existent service

I placed and paid for an online order for 2 items on 26/11. Order number a***. I received a mail on Monday informing me it would be delivered on 30/11. It is Now the 02/12. Tried to call this afternoon and was disconnected once l. When I phoned back I requested that someone call me back and was told to hold. They would rather transfer me to someone else. Half an hour wasted and still am nine the wiser as to where my delivery is. I understand te time of year; but your service is very poor and your communication non existent
