Bex express/couriers are full of promises and lies

We purchased some stuff from Hey Georgeous. It was sent by courier company Bex. This is the worst courier company I experienced. They have my goods from 8th April 2020 and make empty promises of delivery. They are so unprofessional and full of lies.
