Bex Express - What a Shambles!

What a disaster! We live outside Cape Town and discovered that Bex doesn't deliver outside Cape Town, so the parcel was handed off to a third party. The third party took 4 days to send the parcel out, but then the delivery person "forgot" to deliver it, so we had to wait another couple of days until they could send someone else. What an absolute shambles. You can only laugh!
