Bex Express Welkom branch are *******.

I buy and sell clothes which I buy from China. So I bought some clothes which were then shipped to Buffalo. From there the package was handed over to a third party courier company called Bex Express. On the 14th of June I received a message from Bex saying they will be delivering. At around 11am I received an email saying that my package has been delivered to and signed for by a certain Tshepang that I did not even know. I was surprised because I've been waiting for the delivery van all morning and it never showed up. I at least expected a call to say they are here to deliver, but no such thing happened. So I called Bex Express to enquire who the driver was and to whom my package was delivered to. I asked them to tell the driver whom I was told that his name was Harisson, that he delivered the package to the wrong house. So he should come deliver it to my place. To my surprise the driver arrives around 4pm and says oh so this is the place. I was expecting him to give me my package so I followed him to the van, i was amazed when he told that he gave my package to a guy who was standing outside my yard. I then asked him to show me the waybill, where the so called Tshepang signed, I was shocked when he told me he doesn't have it, he showed me all the way bills of the day on his clipboard, and confirmed mine was not there. He was cheeky and rude and smelling alcohol at the same time telling me he will pay for my parcel that he lost. After that he got into the van and left me in disbelief. I called his manager and told him what had happene, he told me that Harrison has been working for him for 5 years there is no way he could not ***** my parcel. Harrison had told him that he left my parcel with Tshepang in the yard, to my surprise again my gate was locked there is no way he could have entered. So the manager said he will investigate and get back to me the following day, the following day came and I had to call him and ask him what does Harrison say?! He then told me that Harrison said to him that he saw a Beware of the Dog sign at my gate that's when he decided to give my parcel to the person standing outside my yard. He did not call me, or even hoot, he just left my parcel with an unknown person. In conclusion I still haven't recieved my parcel that is worth R12 000. And the manager still hasn't gotten back to me, which shows that maybe he is in on it too. I don't reccomend anyone to use Bex Express Welkom. They are **********.
