BEX EXPRESS - BAD SERVICE

The 1-star rating is not even good enough ... there should be an option for 0-star rating! We have Bex Express as a service provider for our company and the services is the worst ever. There is hardly any professional etiquette either with Bex (its staff) as a company or from their own service providers (they outsource their courier services). As a non-governmental organisation we all for empowerment and creation of jobs...but if the people you outsource to does not have the same vision / mission as you... as per your website "Our mission is to provide our customers with a range of quality domestic and international services. By focusing on quality clients, we will ensure the customer receives excellent service levels and personal attention at competitive rates", it is clear the MD has forgotten what he has on his website and are more focused what is in his bank account at the end of the day.
