BEX Courier Nightmare

My company uses Bex Express to transport goods from various destinations around South Africa. On 26 June I logged a collection request to collect parcels from a supplier in Boksburg. Normally if the collection request before 10am the goods will arrive the following afternoon. After numerous follow-up calls due to non receipt, then rebooking the collection three times eleven days later the goods have still not been collected from my supplier. This shocking service has affected deliveries to my customers. Avoid these people. If this had been a once off occurrence I would have given them the benefit of the doubt. This happens all the time.
