Bad service, Rude consultants

<p>I bought an item from @home in cape town ant they used Bex Express to deliver my parcel in Johannesburg.</p> <p>The parcel was collected from them on friday26 august and up to date i havent received my parcel. Calling them they are rude and always have excuses if they not offline they will deliver the next day which never happens or they promise to call back.</p> <p>Never use this courier bad service</p>
