Bad service delivery of goods (no time management)

:According to the tracking system my parcel had been booked on the vechile for delivery at 07:79..... it is now 17:00 and nothing had been delivered. I sat whole day at home waiting for them. I phoned several times, and was informed that the driver indicated that he will be 14:00 in the area and delivery need to take place by 17:00.... 17:00 come and go and nothing... Please people don't make use of Bex Express... the promise but nothing comes from it... According to the lady on the phone it needs to be delivered same day if it is on the van already but before 17:00 as they clock off at that time.... Don't trust them they just words
