BAD service

Wow what bad service! Their slogan is "we deliver" lol but they don't. Phoned their customer care to inquire about my parcel. They couldn't tell me where the parcel was...Then I get told told I would receive a call back but it never happened. So I call again in the afternoon and get told that my parcel was given to the wrong driver/route. There's enough time to deliver but of course being Friday afternoon they are not going to make an effort to deliver. After several e-mails and no response I phone customer care again on Monday morning. I get told they'll see if they can make a plan to deliver...seriously they'll see...at the time of writing this review i still hadn't received my parcel... My advice is to steer clear of this lot. They don't know their **** from their elbow.
