Bad customer service

I courier company i would never use. Iv been calling bex courier since Tuesday with regards to parcel i ordered on planet54. However even some agents hang up my calls now. I spoke to ryn and he said mu area they deliver monday md Friday and he confirmed that my parcel wil be delivered today now i called om told it wont be delivered today. Im sooo mad as i request to speak to a manager thy hang up my calls. And wen i ask for names they soo impatient. I dont understand whats the moral if that company. Its one useless company
