I'm not happy with bex courier in east london with the manager who doesnt care about customers

Good day I bought clothes from tape then tape is using Bex courier at tape they said I'll get my delivery after 5 day now it's more that 15 day on Wednesday Bex courier his driver called me at 17:00 but my phone was at charger I called him again at 17:10 he said his Manager said he must go back to the Depo I asked the guy when I'm gonna get my delivery driver said tomorrow so Thursday I call on a Thursday they said they don't do mdantsane on Thursday so I'll get my parcel Friday now I receive a call from their driver he said he is in bisho then @16:00 I called his driver he said to me he won't make it in Mdantsane I must call the office I called they didn't pick up my phone I call their manager he said he will call the office and come back to me I had to call back again he didn't pick up my calls he just sent a message that he is in a meeting even yesterday they were doing this hide and sick thing Im not happy with this be courier they don't care about customers I'm Mlondolozi Katshiwe I even wasted my airtym and they keep on running because they don't answer their landline I have to use the parcel tomorrow morning now I have to pay for something that I'll wear I so so disappointed Dumisa the manager I even reported them in Bex Johannesburg
