causing the death toll to rise

Good day mr van Rensburg ceo of Bevlon fuel installations. I was walking my dog and 5 year old son at 19:30 wednesday 3 january. At a distance of 200m from us was a bevlon fuel installation bakkie.'(corner main and bosch street paarl),looked like a hyunday h100 but can be the kia version. Opposite the bakkie is a liquor shop. The passenger door of the bakkie was opened and an empty 375ml bottle zorba was thrown out. Now if the bottle was consumed in the company vehicle and by who it was cant be proven, but littering looks bad enough.
