BEVERLY AND FRANK MTEMBI ********!!! BEWARE!!!

Everyone please be careful of this couple that are the ultimate ********!!! BEVERLY MTEMBI and FRANK MTEMBI. They go around advertising a 1 bedroom apartment in a complex called The William. It's supposedly located on William Nicol Drive, Fourways.

This couple will advertise this beautiful apartment that they supposedly own. Then they send you pictures of the 1 bedroom apartment with the telephone number of a supposed tenant called Bruce. They are quick to tell you that Bruce works out of the city during the week. He only comes back home on weekends and you can only see the place then.

I paid them the deposit. They were quick to ask me for proof of payment from the bank, despite having a cellphone notification. Today, 31st of March, when I'm supposed to move to Unit 105, The William, William Nicol Drive, Fourways...Beverly called me at 7am in the morning saying that she will arrange with Bruce and get back to me in the afternoon. None of the 3 are answering their phones!!! They took off with my money! I have no keys to the apartment! They have all disappeared.
